1 lb. of beef
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (plain or italian)
1/2 sweet onion, grated
¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup cheese (parmesan or pecorino), grated
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons of mr. pete’s, plus 1 tablespoon for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line one large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Once evenly mixed, scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture to form and shape the meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Cook for 25 - 30 minutes. Before serving, drizzle mr.petes’s on top of the meatballs for extra flavor. Serve with Greek salad and/or tzatziki. Enjoy!
